Borgo ricettivo composto da 3 appartamenti indipendenti affacciati sul vasto frutteto privato di 2500 metri a disposizione degli ospiti, dotato di pergolati, terrazze esterne, piscina, sdraie e lettini per un totale relax immersi nel verde .

Le Cascine Magnus è l’insieme delle 3 case inserite in un bel contesto verde per gli amanti della natura e del relax. Si trovano allo stesso tempo in posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente i luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico e sportivo. La zona è ricca di possibilità per passeggiate nella natura, trekking, sport e numerose attività Outdoor.  Ogni casa è dotata di parcheggio privato, cucina, bagno, area di lavoro, e arredi esterni per pranzi all aria aperta . 

Tutte le aree interne e le esterne sono dotate di potente connessione Wi-fi illimitata 24H.

Gli appartamenti di recente ristrutturazione mantengono le caratteristiche delle tipiche case canavesane, sono pensati ed organizzati per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di una rilassante permanenza.

Ospitiamo gruppi e famiglie in cerca di una sistemazione ricca di comfort e servizi. 

Per gli amanti dello sport abbiamo a disposizione servizio noleggio e-bike, Climbing, Parapendio.

Il frutteto è curato con passione dalla nostra famiglia, le varietà di alberi da frutta che si possono contare supera i 50 arbusti.

Dalle case si ha accesso diretto al prato ed è possibile gustare i frutti di stagione. 

Saremo a vostra disposizione per fornire tutte le informazioni ed i suggerimenti utili per visitare le numerose meraviglie del nostro "verde canavese" e godere delle prelibatezze enogastronomiche locali.

The borg consisting of 3 independent apartments overlooking the vast private orchard of 2500 meters available to guests, equipped with pergolas, outdoor terraces, swimming pool, deck chairs and sunbeds for total relaxation surrounded by greenery.

The houses of Le Cascine Magnus are a perfect place for relaxation and nature lovers, located in a strategic position to easily reach the major turist places and sporting interest. The area is full of possibilities for walks in nature, trekking, sports and numerous outdoor activities. 

Each house is equipped with private parking, kitchen, bathroom, work area, and outdoor furniture for outdoor dining. 

All internal and external areas are equipped with a powerful 24H unlimited Wi-Fi connection.

The recently renovated apartments maintain the characteristics of the typical Canavese houses, they are designed and organized to satisfy all the needs of a relaxing stay.  We host groups and families looking for accommodation full of comforts and services.

For sports lovers we have e-bike rental service, climbing and paragliding available near our houses.  We also offer excursion service with expert guides of the area

The orchard is daily manteined from our family with passion, the variety of fruit trees that can be counted exceeds 50 shrubs

From the houses you have direct access to the lawn and it is possible to taste the seasonal fruits.
